Saoirse Wynne competed in the Under 13, 60 metres Hurdles, an
event she excels in and duly won the gold medal.
Ruth Cox competed in her specialist events of 60 metres
sprint and long jump at Under 15 level and successfully won silver medals in
both events.

Both athletes now go forward to the National Indoor Championships
on the 21st/22nd March at the Athlone Indoor Arena.
